Description Now, it's possible that some of you may think Squeak is a little slow to just walk headlong into a dino leg, but let me say in his defense that when you're three inches high and walking through tall grass, visibility is not on your side. Also, being a distant ancestor of the tree shrew, Squeak is probably both nocturnal and completely out of his element, not to mentioned burdened with a brain almost half his size, so cut the poor little mammal some slack.

As always, reading the previous "Conspiracy of Mammals" strips will undoubtedly aid and abet your enjoyment of this one. Damn, I enjoyed painting that dinosaur.

-I really, REALLY, like your art, but,... There are so many things wrong with that dinosaur. Especially if it's a Caudipteryx.
1. Caudipteryx DEFINITELY had feathers. It was fossilized with them. It had wing feathers, and a fan of feathers on its tail. "Caudipteryx actually means "Tail feather."
2. Caudipteryx had short arms, a short tail, long legs and a long neck with a tiny head.
3. Caudipteryx did not have a raised toe like Velociraptor, and did have a reduced toe on the back of its foot.
4. Caudipteryx had three fingers on each hand.
5. Caudipteryx had very small teeth, not large fangs.
-I'm sorry for going all "dino-geek" on you, I just get worked up over inaccuracy.

the character development of these two mamalian heros just gets better and better... and is quite well supported by their visual appearances... very solid.

Oh dear, the poor mammals! They really ought to be more careful. :nods wisely: Well, I hope that squeak gets his brain back to the tree quickly enough for his experiments... whatever those may be!

Pretty cool all the way around. Reminds me a bit of a comic called Ragamop, if I remember correctly.
