Aw, I've had mixed reactions about the eyes. Someone did 'measure' them and they are actually where they are MEANT to be, HOWEVER the problem is this:
I do not make them as HUGE (tall) as most anime eyes are drawn. I am trying to stay away from the typical anime females. Impossibly skinny, impossible long legs, impossible tiny waist and impossible breasts for the body frame (Jessica Rabbit isn't anime..but she is a PERFECT example of what I am talking about). That is probably why my art is seen as bland, since I want to stick to a more natural figure on my models.

It's hard to say, though. I can agree with you but at the same time I am not sure. I've seen people with eyes really low or high on their face. Toooo close together or not close enough, so it's more of an opinion. I'm also trying to give my characters different facial features~ I can agree on the neck, though.

Finally, some tips and suggestions! I am ok with her color scheme, but I think the yellow bothers me a bit. Probably because I'm not use to a bright color. xD Yep, she has a tattoo on her cheek! :"D

I see. I just thought they were placed kinda oddly, I studied them for awhile. I don't think your art is bland, if you don't want to make your characters super thin, don't do it. Simple fact. :3 The natural figure is very beautiful, anyone can draw super thin waist and big boobs.

It is hard to say, but I feel like for the width of her face, they might be too close together. That's true, too. Which is good 

Mine too! Darn hair genes! It looks amazing. I'm glad I could attempt to help, I'm not expert myself of course. XD I think the yellow looks fine, it's not nearly as bright as it could be. Whoo!

Personality hasn't been totally nailed. I'm still evening her out. I wanted her to be a brat. But sadly...I don't know how brats act. xD; And..then I realized, I HATE brats. I don't want to hate her.
History. It's hard to explain. xD; I'll have to start writing it out. (I'm doing two pictures per OC (Casual outfit, their other look) and a story format with their 'stats' and such. ;w; Does that make sense?!
