yesh.. im obsessed... and i suck -_-i did one before this.. that was better, but then photoshop crashed on me.. so i had to redo it.. it sucked... yeah so i kinda rushed this one.. AND EEVEE NOW OFFICIALLY HAS GREEN EYES.. CUZ I SAID TO.. (actually it was a mistake.. but im not fixing it)

You don't suck, dear.
This is certainly a decent attempt. The design is simple, but so is the Pokemon itself, so that passes easily. Some of the folds of clothing are off or over-exaggerated (see the fold right under her breasts that is emerging out- if it were pressed up against the body it would be more reasonable), but your proportions are careful and most accurate. Although it's a little sketchy in outline and not very clean, the attempt to give a fur effect to the tail is decent. I most especially am fond of her lit-up face, the eyelashes and lips are beautifully drawn, and the carefree, lop of Eevee's ears. In general, you have room to grow, but the picture is still good!
Ooh, last thing, the shadow from the hair sticking up is a great thought. And a tidbit too: the shadow under her jawline- on her neck- you should try to make more uniform (one solid color) or gradual (lighter towards light source fading to shadow closest to her jawline- which also depends on direction of light source).
