Yes, a little proof that I haven't met with an unfortunate incident.

In my crazed fandom to consume things that were based on the "Haruhi Suzumiya" series, my attention turned to a couple parodies that eventually became their own little series.

One of them was called "Nyoron Churuya-San." Based on characters from the "Haruhi Suzumiya" series, the parody comic focused on a chibi(small) version of the character Tsuruya, a girl with green hair who is a friend to Mikuru Asahina. In the comic, Tsuruya's name was changed to Churuya. Churuya is constantly trying to achieve something, but is usually foiled in her attempts, or has something go wrong, prompting her to say "Nyoron," which may be the equivalent of Charlie Brown sighing over the predicament or situation he is in when it doesn't go his way.

The images here were based off the anime version of the comic. I wanted to try and make the character appearances to look like they could have been designed by the original anime creators. Given I've been in a bit of a rut trying to figure out the layout of the next pages of my "Blueberry" comic, my mind somehow wandered to the creation of this comic parody.
