*Cue "Amok Time" fight music*It is a battle that few expected to see! It is the battle for Casper's heart!
On one corner it's Wendy The Good Little Witch, Casper's main "boo" since 1954 (She appeared in a Paramount cartoon in 1958, four years after her comic book debut in the theatrical short, "Which is Witch")
In the other corner, Katherine "Kat" Harvey, the human girl whom Casper had a crush on in the 1995 live action movie, as well as the animated series that followed. She was created for the film and series due to Universal not wanting to pay extra cash to use Wendy (Wendy later appeared in Casper Meets Wendy in 1998 in a Saban/20th Century Fox-made direct-to-video feature after Universal lost the film rights.)
They have only one thing in common-Casper. So in order for Casper to choose, Wendy and Kat fight to the death. There are Wendy fans, and there are Kat fans. Both girls have their strengths and weaknesses, so the advantage must be taken.
Who will win?
I have been on a Casper kick as of late. This is my first time drawing Kat, she is depicted in her animated series look.
Inspired by binge watching Star Trek on Netflix and Amazon, as well as watching Casper movies and cartoons. The episode, "Amok Time", was the inspiration.

There is a third girl, according to HaleyC7559 or whatever. Lou who has not been seen in Harvey Comics since 1954. Yes,1954. I wrote a fan-fic explaining her disappearance.

well I think I prefer kat over wendy's classic version, but her version of casper and the spectrals is far better than kat, she is prettier, more style etc, smarter, in the comic wendy looks like 12-13 years old, she is taller than casper)(12 years old) and hot stuff (likely 11 years old), she is almost in the same age than kat.

All this debate over Casper has led me to conclude that there are many Caspers in many parallel realities. That was expressed in my A GHOST FOR ALL SEASONS, a novel not worth publishing.
Also this has NOT helped my burn-out and has, in fact, led me to ditch ANY further efforts to write any new Casper tales, or any more fiction. . That phase of my life is OVER.
Of the 12 Casper books I've written, only 3 (CASPER IN OZ, TWICE UNTOLD TALES, and maybe DOMDANIEL DAZE *) are worth publishing. They are the pinnacle. The last 2 are an afterglow. Also my BARTELBY book was never completed, tho I may put on paper, a summary of the rest of the story. See AlexReynard for the Bartelby cycle, over at InkBunny. Maybe here, too. The other Casper books are in need of total rewrite, but I am NOT up to attempting such.
* If DARK LEGACY:THE ENEMY WITHIN is not worth it, a scene in Domdaniel Daze may be rewritten. BUT I am not up to doing so,

No. They just had her be your typical sarcastic teen and had her dump Casper. It's not as if Wendy existed prior to Kat (which she did) and when the cartoon came out, the "sequels" were already being made (which they were). *eye roll*
