This is quite possibly the most time-consuming piece I have ever colored with Photoshop to date. It was exhausting and took several days to complete, but fun. c: I especially like how the orb on his staff turned out, personally.

Explanation time!

The original sketch was a response to the 30 Day Hetalia meme prompt: Character you'd have in your party in an RPG. Naturally, I was thinking spellcaster, which led me to pick none other than England. The sketch turned out pretty decent, so I decided to actually go about coloring it - experimenting yet again with different lineart colors, but I think this one came out better than my previous lineart experiment. ... Part of me still just wants to be simple with my lineart and do either black or dark-colored lines. XD

.... I have a horrible habit of drawing Zelda-style fairies/sprites. XD I even put them on my FUNi fan card for England.
