Little angry bat horse got tired after a night of crime fighting (he is nocturnal after all) so he found himself a fluffy pillow.
I love Dick and Damian’s relationship. "What? his wings are soft. That's all." "Suuuure they are."
A little note on the statue seen on the ocean there…yes its Princess Luna.
Gotham was originally based of New York, and may or may not have something similar to the Statue of Liberty.. This being bat-pony Gotham (or Batham) that statue pretty much had to be Luna.
For those unaware of my personal batpony lore (call it a headcanon if you will, but I don’t pretend its canon anywhere but my own fanfictions) they love Princess Luna as much as other ponies love Princess Celestia.

Warning: The following story doesn't have anything to do with Batman... Its just a bit of a backstory for Batham and the towns surrounding it. (I like to imagine its an island, populated by batponies and nocturnal griffins. Batham is the biggest city on the island and is populated by all kinds of ponies and griffs, more than half the population are still either batponies or hybrids of batponies.)
Before the rise and fall of Nightmare Moon batponies were considered a myth among the other tribes, batponies in turn considered pegasi, earth ponies and unicorns a myth, as they had lived apart for so long.
That all changed when one night, the sun didn’t rise for an unusually long time… followed by an unusually long day.
The batponies naturally found this concerning, and some remembered a legend of unicorns controlling the sun and moon, so they set out on a journey to find out if there was any truth to the myth.
Eventually they found Celestia. She told them the story of her sister and revealed that she couldn’t bring herself to raise the moon, as that was previously Luna’s job, and it was a constant reminder of their fight.
The batponies pleaded with her to change her mind, as an eternal day was as terrifying to the bats as an eternal night was for Celestia’s people.
So Celestia restored the night and the travelling batponies returned home.
Over the years Nightmare Moon was remembered mostly as a tyrant by most of the ponies of Equestria, but the batponies told a different tale.
They had never met Nightmare Moon or Princess Luna before, but continued to tell the same story to their children that Celestia had told them, about her poor lonely little sister who would one day return and rule the night.
And indeed a thousand years later she did return and was purified by the elements of Harmony. Celestia decided she needed a vacation after that, seeing as most ponies in Equestria still feared Nightmare Moon Celestia brought her to a place she would be loved. So that’s my explanation for why Luna was missing for all of season 1.
And that’s why there’s a statue of Princess Luna in Batham.
