I started a new one, because the other was already really long. I will be adding to this until... I dunno.

2014: Very much a pencil year. Lots of coloured pencil drawings and mechancial pencil too. I think my art was rather expressive with the emotions and poses the characters displayed.

2015: It felt like a big leap in improvement to me. Less with coloured pencils and more with watercolour and digital art. Very mood-oriented. Remained fairly bright and cheery at the start of the year and progressed to a more clam/melancholy towards the end. Worked on creating my first artbook. (those who are still waiting, I am so sorry that I am taking so long. Please forgive the delay.)

2016: Rather eventful year. I did some backgrounds that I was actually proud of. Finally was able to put my art book up for sale. Started work on the fashion zines. Did a lot of freelance work. I think it was a good year of improvement and quite productive, so I'm actually fairly satisfied with it.

2017: I was busy with full-time commissions almost all year long. Things got super busy near the end of the year, so this year was not as full of personal art as previous years. Even so I do think that I was able to stretch myself and get better with backgrounds, anatomy, colouring, and composition. Because I had so much to do art-wise during the year, I have gotten faster and learned new techniques which have helped my confidence in art.

2018: I'd say my main goals this year were drawing more efficiently and encouraging myself to make pieces more complex and visually interesting. I started the year on a rough note when I got RSI, but have still managed to have a decent art year and even tabled at my first con.
