So toto4000 asked me to make actress Daniela Ruah in the same outfit as "Android 18 vest and pants from cell saga when she got absorbed by cell second form." My very little knowledge of DragonBall Z came through when I asked for a reference, which was kindly provided:

I think I was able to do the pants and vest pretty well manipulating in HeroMachine 3. Shoes maybe I can do better with, but actual painting in GIMP is hard. It's like Photoshop, not Illustrator.
