Description
Chisa Kotegawa from Grand Blue. There are a couple of characters in the Grand Blue series that I wanted to do and I had trouble deciding between Chisa and Azusa. I chose Chisa in the end, because I feel she needs to smile more while Asuza's playful personality makes her a bit more obvious. I forgot to save the outline this time because it has been a while since my last post and I did feel like slowing down so I ended up putting aside a few things in my mind. Similarities to my past boat drawings are obvious, but I thought it suited well since the characters are part of a diving club.

In this scenario, the Peek a Boo club went whale watching on a rented boat, but weren't able to catch a sight of it for the past couple of hours. Bored, the club decided to do a dare among members and when it was Chisa's turn, all club members agree she needs to laugh a bit and dared her to get tickled for a few minutes, only for the extra they brought with them on the boat to create a makeshift tickling device with toy hands that members have to control, much to her dismay and out of everyone else's expectations. They decided to go through it nonetheless.

Chisa: KYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! STOP IT! STOP IT! I AM ALREADY LAUGHING! AHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYA!

Iori: You still look more mad than calm so you will endure the few minutes!

Chisa: AHYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! TICKLING ISN'T FAIR! ASUZA, PLEASE STOP THEM! GYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Azusa: Well, I do kind of agree you need to smile more often so I am joining in!

Chisa: NOT YOU TOO! UWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! CUT IT OUT! YOU ARE GOING TO SCARE THE WHALES AWAY! AHAHAHA! IT TICKLES! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Aina: Sorry about this, but the dare has to continue.

The dare lasted for a few minutes until Azusa alerted that time was up. Of course, Chisa got angry at the dare and was about to retaliate with a dare of her own until she heard a splash. The whales did show up, causing the club to head towards the deck to witness the spectacular site, though Chisa pouted at the missed opportunity for revenge.

Scenario a bit similar to my Revenge of the Whalers pic, but stories of the sea in more grounded settings are a bit hard to come up with.
