Description
This is a commission of IF (aka Iffy) from Hyperdimension Neptunia with an OC I ordered from the Cherry Blossom Festival. The drama CDs and fanfics I've read and listened to made me feel IF was left out so I wanted to depict this. Even Compa got a male interest in some of those I've read.
