After seeing this: [link] I wanted to do a design for MJ, cause really in the comics these days its meant to be current, but they're all wearing like nineties clothes. Besides, she's meant to be one of the popular girls at school so I figure she has to have some style.

I wanted to keep it girly (they always have her in combats and halternecks.) but funky it up a bit. And I considered giving her a sort of bob like a lot of girls have nowadays but eventually just went with the long curly hair.
