Al Roker shares his love of weather with kids

Weather Hunters is the brainchild of Al Roker — weather presenter, journalist, television personality, and founder of the BIPOC-owned production company Al Roker Entertainment. Weather Hunters aims to show young kids about how weather affects our daily lives, and to inspire young audiences to pursue a future in STEM. Understanding that representation in the media is critical to helping shift the narrative on “who can do science” and “who can participate in science,” the Weather Hunters cast includes diverse characters to reinforce the importance of BIPOC contributions in meteorology and related fields.
