So I have a question...I recently downloaded the PMD editor and I'd like to know if I can fix the glitch with his eyes. His eyes don't show up, so is it okay if I fix that? And while I'm at it, I'd also like to give him eyebrows...if I can figure out how...

Download the newest version of MMD and make sure everything is in the same folder. That should help the eyes color again. It happened to me before too.

WAIT, hold on, firgured it out!
Rename all the files, then go into pmd editor and replace the picture file that are his eyes with a similar file. All you have to do. ^^

When I download him and open it, his eyes come out blank. I renamed his textures and all, it didn't help. Help?
