I did the lines, Danesippi colored and painted the background.

Story:
'The big cat groaned in protest, fussing her lack of desire to be around the other cats. Hana merely ignored Rue's rather amusing mix of sounds and set about prepping her appearance. Despite the fact that the official Shedu tack would cover her completely, didn't put off Hana on trying to look decent. Rue bumped her head into Hana's shoulder, "No, Lady Lyra is watching. Behave." She replied to the black cat. Rue simply huffed and groaned more now in disappointment. No treats before the race this time.
Soon everyone was ready and mounting their cats, and Hana did so as well. Gripping Rues large powerful shoulders with her legs, feeling the rippling of her muscles as they padded along to the proclaimed starting line. Hana combed her fingers through Rues mane, making sure to get a good grip to steer her.
And then everyone took off! Sand flew out from under large cat paws. As they went everyone veered towards the water, Hana gripped Rue's soft fur nervously, assuming Rue would try to avoid it. But to Hana's surprise the black cat took to the water with no hesitation, splashing with strong legs. As they went they passed another black cat.'
