One point... the lighting on the photograph outside doesn't correspond to how the light's coming in the window... other than that, it's great!

there are many hard edged shadows, it needs more imperfection on the textures.. or at least add more textures, cause it looks plain, the settings on the renderer are easy to achieve, but in the imperfections and small details is the big key, keep it up.
