Is it just me, or does Shellder look like he's seen some less than ideal things? The water reflecty thing I did here was a new technique I found through this a caustic tutorial (That I can't link for some reason, so I'll just post a thumbnail below.) by Silverbirch . It's still new for me so I may redo the reflections or just get rid of them altogether.
Edit- I changed the coloring style to match the Zapdos . I think I'll do it for everyone else before and after.
