Gosh... you have an unreal talent with photomanipulation and your imagination is absolutely striking!
The chilly colours used here really add to the cold and morbid atmosphere of this image. The idea of having a girl and her doll which are both supposed to depict innocence, is in deep contrast with all the factors and the touches you added here, such as the scars, the eyes...or rather, the missing eyes
Also, the title of this is so damn genuine! "CUTe" something like, "cuts on the cute model" heheh, brilliant!

This is by far one of the best examples of macabre and horror in photomanipulation!
