Recognize that this is a departure from my usual material, but it's 2023 and I'm lusting after 38 year old former jocks who still live in their New England hometowns and own a lawncare/landscaping business but have a real passion to teach sailing on the town lake. Likes to have a few beers with his buddies at the only bar in town that closes at 8pm every night of the week and accepts the teasing about still being single, but it's hard to find other gay guys in that area and he doesn't like the apps. Goes to the town budget hearing to request some funds for new sailboats and lifejackets to offer a class during the upcoming summer months.
