Haha I didn't even know what shwarma was until like a week after seeing Avengers, my friend and I were in this family-owned Mediteranean food joint somewhere around town and we saw it on the menu and freaked out. The owner of the shop just sat there and looked at us strangely since we were the only customers at the time.
