hair smooth? I really don't think so but ok - also with help of different types of pencils and feather

How do u use a feather to draw? I have sooo much trouble with drawing hair and I'm willing to use anything to help me out with learning to do hair. How do u use a feather to do it?

There are a lot ways to draw the hair. You can find them by looking some wips in groups. As for me I like to draw the hair like in graphics editing programs. About feather - I use it only for smoothing background of hairs.
