So I think I went a little crazy designing this mare. o.o;;
Her hair is diff colors depending on the season... in summer it is tan and in winter it is mahogany... So I dunno if =boribaby will approve >< I'm still trying to decide if I want to incorporate mane/tail colors into feathering or just make them white and/or black.. so I guess consider this a Work-In-Progress

Here is mane/tail color chart for this gal...

January - mane/tail are mahogany
February - tan hairs start to grow in, hairs of both colors intermixed
March - hairs of both colors intermixed
April - hairs of both colors intermixed
May - tan hairs growing in more, mahogany hairs begin to shed
June - tan hairs growing in more, mahogany hairs are finishing shed
July - mane/tail are tan
August - mane/tail are tan
September - mahogany hairs start to grow in, tan hairs begin to shed
October - mahogany hairs growing in more, half of the tan hairs have been shed
November - both colors are evident for a little bit before mahogany
December - mane/tail are mahogany
