ma Photoshop is all red XD just the way i like it....I want to change things to fit into a way that I like, and it's working so far.... but i don't have any special programs or whatnot, so my sources are limited

Motion blur; just duplicate the layer, go to filter and pick blur.... you should see something called motion blur on there, and then just edit the pic after that
