Yes..I use Staedtler's "Karat Aquarell" watercolour pencils, but as you see, I don't use water at all.. I like the colours just the way they are! ^^

really? I think the blue/black/red works together a bit! from my view, i interpret it as the blue and black kind of mixes like darkness colors while the red makes the picture stand out and give the sense of fierceness..... well sometimes my musings might not make sense

Very nice pencil shading. Her eyes are a bit weird looking but the hair is nice.

I'm not satisfied with them either..never tried to do the eyes with just one colour...and this turned out, as you say, a bit wierd. But: learning through failing
