how can someone do this kind of stuff? what tools? what do you need? can somepony tell me or teach me how to do vectors?

Well, I use Inkscape (but there are also other programs), I learned from other people's videos already in the seats. For example: [link] and [link] . First of all, you need perseverance because beginnings are a bit tedious. But the first individual work is fully compensated.
