Description
David Leatherhoff and Simon from the Half-Life 1 mods 'Afraid of Monsters' and 'Cry of Fear' respectively. I've never played the first, but Cry of Fear was spectacular, if depressing game. Actually, both the games have four or more endings and three out of four of them are depressing, so it's not for the faint of heart. It's also not for the faint of bladder either because these games create and atmosphere of dread on a par with Amnesia: The Dark Descent.LEAVE A COMMENT IF YOU FAVE!!!!!

Yeah I've been playing Cry of Fear, and not only is it hella scary but it's freaking HARD. I haven't been able to get through the first bits of Amnesia, but that's mostly a fight with the controls rather than the game's difficulty level.

I liked Amnesia more, personally. And Cry of Fear is all about conserving ammo and health, as well as preparation. And remember, if all else fails, cheat.
