Immeral can trace her bloodline back to the elves of the golden age of Myth Drannor, before it fell to a dark power.

Her family, one of only a few that stayed after the Retreat, now live to protect the forest. They fight to maintain its hidden secrets against the many evils which still lurk in the once great elven nation of Cormanthor.

The most remarkable of these warriors are known as Forest Sentinels. Typically as one Sentinel is growing in age they reach a point where they wish to pass along their learning to another, someone who shows both the natural ability and correct disposition, someone younger to carry on their teaching to future generations of their people. For those who are chosen, they begin down a path that lasts a lifetime.
