Description
A "quick" 3-4 hour sketch of character in a new PBEM we're playing in.

And as the title suggests it's an RPG based on the ATLA world.

Moving these to scraps once I've done better renditions of the characters, but after I've done initial designs of the entire main cast (and a few of the supporting cast).

Earth. Fire. Air. Water.

One century after Avatar Aang ended the War of Fire, the world and its people are still beginning to heal from the scars. Yet while the four nations strive to live once again in harmony, the planet continues to die. Everyone turns to the new Avatar for answers, but the Avatar is nowhere to be found.

Shi Chaobai is the only son of a modestly wealthy merchant family in Omashu. At a young age, he discovered that he was a descendant of the legendary Earthbender/wrestler, the Boulder. Eager to revive his ancestor's legacy, the boy convinced his parents to enroll him into a school for combative Earthbending (incidentally, one founded by Toph Bei Fong).

Despite being born frail and sickly, he grew in skill and strength, training very hard and surpassing expectations of him. He had entered the professional league after seven years of training, and by the time he turned sixteen, he was the youngest ever (male) champion of the Earth Rumble Federation.

Upon receiving the belt, he took on the stage name "The Basalt Bull", and started referring to himself in the third person and arching his left eyebrow...
