Oooooh, there's a whole lot of reasons I named this piece that....
But this was done for a couple reasons:
1) *3dConnect 's Black and Blue Contest
2) I needed to get my brain out of workmode before I drove my partner and myself nuts
and 3)...I just needed to screw around on my comp without actually *working*
Note to you 3D folks! - reflection maps make damned nifty textures
Personally, I absolutely love her.
I now have a new desktop
and yes....yes it's watermarked...

I was right on the name.
The character is Jartina, and it's tagged as Val3Dart (which is Vampir3princess and Lesthat)
but I cant find where I downloaded it from and it's not listed on thir site.

I think you've got a good combination with the glowing outfits and crackly bodies, hmm gives me an idea, I wonder if people could get tattoos of body paint done to look like that, that way they could be supple while looking crackly...ooo and I like the semi-translucent skin too, with the veins.

Wow V. Your pieces seem to be getting better and better with each deviation I look at. Have you ever thought of getting into character creation? There are so many of your characters that would be killer in video games and such. Maybe it's just me....but probably not. I don't now....I'll quit rambling now. Sorry.

Actually, I've thought about it, yes....and mostly right now I'm just happy working with other peoples characters on commission....
Just not getting as many commissions as I'd like
But the web comic I'm working on is taking up a huge amount of time, and might lead to something like character creation on down the road...if I'm not too old to do it by then, lol!

Wow, I love her pose, the colors, the textures, and the look in her eyes. It looks like she is under black light, and the electric blue on her arm and skirt adds so much. It seems almost like parts of her are being x-rayed (I don't know why...), but it gives her an almost alienistic quality. Beautiful contrast of the light and dark! Does she have anything to do with spiders? I have to

I had some weirdish fractal mixes that I used as reflection maps since I didn't think they would be okay for anything else....never thought to use them as textures until last night when I was bored and looking for something "blue and watery"
