This is Leon from Kingdom Hearts, or at least he was! Now he is a heartless, and a pretty nasty boss for Sora to fight!

Concept:
Inspired from Leonhart-less's series featuring her Hartless and Loxen. I thought it was an interesting idea to consider what Leon would look like when split into a heartless and nobody, and decided to try it for myself. ^_^ The effect on Leon is temporary, of course. Leon has not been harmed in the making of this art. Check out her versions here:

Design:
For designing this, I looked over the heartless and nobodies of Kingdom Hearts and decided that most heartless are either beast-like or demon-inspired, while nobodies bear a more human appearance. End Of Heart is Leon/Squall's raw emotion: he's fire and fury, the warrior's spirit unrestrained. I know I wouldn't want to face him in battle, and I feel bad for Sora, don't you?

Name:
Squall Leonhart's final limit break is called Lionheart in the US, but in it's native Japan, I've read this limit is translated to "End of Heart". I decided to borrow that for my design, and there you go!

It has been a long wait, but I finally came up with the right effect for my fire! I proudly present the colored version of my heartless.
