I'm all about the composition and here is spontaneity. I believe this mischievous elf was getting ready to pose for pictures. She stepped into her bedroom to change and doesn't seem to mind that the place is a mess. She is not a natural born housekeeper and no one else will see it, anyway, as the pix are to be taken in another room. Now, either you popped in a snapped the photo before she became aware or you 'composed' it to look that way. Either way, it gives us a look at what a model might appear like thinking that she's beyond the lens.
