loving the composition...my opinion i woulda added a little more green in the pic to balance out the yellows and browns in the image...the position of the lighting is good..you should maybe also try moving the perspective a little down(just an idea)-by using a low angle shot.
keeping the subjects face looking the other way adds a little bit of mystery to the image which is nice..it makes you wonder who it is.
the focus is on the subject-no blurring of any edges or lines.
the choice of clothing blends well with the overall colouring - but like i said before - maybe just a tad more colour balance.
