For those who care I did this from scratch in photoshop for a book cover, but wound up using mostly the 3 voice lights and side panel buttons. I used low res screen capture references to get details accurate (season 2), everything here is generated from scratch and digitally painted with airbrush, gradients, etc.EDIT - I did a considerable amount of correction from colors to misaligned lines and stray fills. I believe this is now the best version I can possible make of this voice box and as accurate to Season 2 voice box as possible.
