I realised a little too late his hair is actually a lighter blue in the anime. However I see some art of him with dark blue hair, so I guess I can get away with it
Still not satisfied with my painting style, but I am not sure what is bugging me. Oh well I just have to experiment more in PS.

Hmm yeah I noticed this one was painted a little different than your usual style. I don't really think it's that bad, it looks to me like you're on the right path if you're going for that semi-realistic kinda painting style. Just keep up the great work!

Eh the eyebrows kinda threw me off. Unnatural eyebrows look weird on a more realistic face imo. Thank you for the comment though
