They should have stuck with Pokemon contests! They were better!
If they wanted to make a difference, how about allowing two moves to be shown off at the same time and the points are decided on how it looks (depending on catagory) and how well the two types of moves are together
For example: Shadow ball and Psybeam (Cool = 6/10 Beauty = 2/10 Smart = 4/10 etc
Ice beam and Fire Punch *The ice turned into a lovey cold mist!* (beauty = 9/10 cool = 5/10)

Something like that would have been better

Thanks The musical is pointless! I also thought it would be something amazing instead you just collect dress up clothes and items and your pokemon dance ... With no control of you unless to use a prop...
