Description In some way, I think that this random screenshot I did during boss fight in KoF 2002 perfectly shows all of the Rugal's Bossness. He's cheeky and he's cruel. He'll play you for a fool (the joke's on youuu!).
And Choi's reaction just complete the picture.

Thanks! And since I make KoF fanart almost on regular basis you will probably see more of it in future.

That's because you can never be so BOSS as Rugal is. And nobody can.

Oh you again. No,seriously how do you do that? It's AMAZING! those sprites and the cartoonic version, WHAT'S YOUR SECRET?

Since I mentioned that I used actual screenshot as a base, I can't take a credit for sprite's execution. About cartoonish version - well, even with clear pose and coloring references, it still took about 4 hours to make proper lines, colors and shading, while it's probably look more like 30 min work. So, nothing special, as usual.

I prefer Manga studio ex4 for smooth and precise lines and Photoshop for all of the features of working with layers and brushes. Thus, at first I make lines in Manga studio and after that coloring\shading it with Photoshop.

I got my version about 3 years ago, so it's easier for you to find it yourself than wait till I will recall the source.

Surely. But remember, while editors like this have much more facilities and fancy stuff, you don't really need it all to improve drawing skills - practice with pencils and paper sometimes give you much more in terms of training.

First off, I give you 100% right about it and i fully agree as well. but that does'nt have to do with my drawing skills and i just wanna test it out for my DA works. But it's true that im still proud of my improvement art, even if it a blunt Β paper and a pencil involved with it.

Haha, brilliant. XD

I would consider an alternate version with Choi pulling out a proper 'dat ass' face... I mean, look at the sprite!

Thanks, pal!
Yeah, "dat ass face" looks like more perfect choice since it's obviously implied in this scene, but I also couldn't unsee Mr.Bean's "Whistler's Mother" in Choi's face.
But actually, I don't even had to emphasize anything - screenshot already speaks for itself.
