Description mediaaaaa..... what the hell I'm too tired to write this now >.>

will update with a scanned version tomorrow, my mom is sitting at the computer with the scanner and she's not planning to move away from it anytime soon ._.

This character of mine, Never, turned 3 years old yesterday 8D it feels like it was more like 5 years ago that I created her or so, but anyway, she was created and I still really like her and her design xD
so for this special occasion, she got her old outfit here 8D

....what the hell was I on when I designed that thing? oh well, people seem to like it, but it's just so darn messy ._.
