if u see a mmd pictue of video with DL in the title. it normally means there is a part of the picture, or video available for download. either it be an animation data that can be loaded in a charecter to have them act out a scene or preform a dance, a special pose for makeing pictures, or stages or items to equip on to the model. and sometimes even models themselves.
MMD is for art not money, so through it I and many other people are able to make artwork with 3D models.
