Sometimes Nyarlathotep will pervert the worship of another Ancient Power, usually to lead their cults to do his bidding.

He could effortlessly craft Masks of perfect impersonation but he prefers to leave obvious tells that he is not actually a creature or avatar of the Ancient Power in question. Nyarlathotep never misses the opportunity to make a new game.

I had so much fun with the Queen in Red I figured I'd design some more "Imposter" Masks for Nyarlathotep. I think it's fairly obvious who he's copying with each but just in case; Shub-Niggurath, Yig, Cthulhu, Tsathoggua and Ithaqua. He Who Walks in Bloody Snow in particular gave me an opportunity to draw the modern, non-native interpretation of the wendigo. I think Nyarlathotep would find it quite amusing to trick wendigo cultists with it.
