Galactus and Silver Surfer.I did a pin-up of these 2 characters in the past. The previous one had them in a cityscape. Interestingly enough, this one took me more erasures and revisions even though it has a simpler layout. There are so many great poses to have that I couldn’t make up my mind.
In addition, I imagine this to be a colorist’s dream (or challenge) to work on. Consider the starry space, Galactus’ bursting energy, space clouds, Surfer’s skin and streak effects, exploding planet, etc. So many things to play with for the colorist.

Unfortunately, It could have been different. Frankly, this isn't what I had in mind initially. I believe I'll redo another Surfur/Galactus piece.

Your sure are right about a colourist nightmare..i mean deam...So many placeses to screw up..Oh wait I mean make it look awsome.
You sure know how to do the dramatic stuff...could be a best pic of silver surfer i have seen in a long long time.
