Katz is a sinister feline who specialises in various kinds of scams. They range from being a hotel manager to an underwater cruise captain (As of Season 4 - Katz Under The Sea). He seems to take delight in seeing people fall for his scams which end up costing them very dearly, specifically their lives. He fed his guests to spiders and made them fight each other as machines in a desert resort's colosseum. He even left his passengers inside his submarine to die on a collision course. All of these scams include a "No Dogs Allowed" policy to try to keep dogs out of his way, especially the heroic ones like Courage. His last appearance shown in the series is where he is one of the 6 villains recruited by Eustace Bagge and teams up with Courage's past foes in a game of dodgeball to defeat Courage once and for all.

Even though its quite an old show, I have grown to appreciate it more than I did long ago. Katz is one of my favourite antagonists from that show. My other favs would be The Black Puddle Queen, Le Quack, The Clutching Foot, The Great Fusilli, and Dr. Zalost.
