Description To see the whole story of my art collection, please check out my Journal "My Science Fiction Story for my Art Collection." fav.me/d5v7u8t

You are in an arctic region on a moon orbiting Sunatta, the gas giant. The moons' seasons are dictated by the planets eccentrically orbit around it's sun. At present time, it is in the outer reaches of the green zone, also known as the traditional Habitable Zone.

One of the many moons of the Sunatta Moon System, this moon named Uloria has more mass than our moon, but less than that of Calisto and orbits within the stars green zone, because of that it's atmosphere should had been blown off from solar eruptions such as CMEs.

You can tell it's been para-terraformed by how thick it's atmosphere in relation to the radius of the moon is. The reason
why this moon's atmosphere is still there is the hi tech type II civilization constructed a dome which encases and orbits the moon from above the atmosphere.

The dome is made to be almost completely transparent to the point it's invisible to the naked eye is the reason why I did not paint it in. Having it transparent also allow for the maximum amount of solar radiation to hit the surface to energize life on the this moon. Doing so also has an aesthetic benefit, it preserves a naturalistic look from outer space. This mega structure is built out of perhaps a self healing material, such as self replicating grafine carbon nano bots.

Occasionally a meteorite or a massive flare may strip a few of these bots and materials into outer space, so to sustain the dome, they Sunattians (citizens of the Sunatta Direct Democracy (S.D.D) have expanded the nano bot system to include self replicating bots to too pick up materials, pass up one of their highest sky scrapers into a zone just beyond the atmosphere before reaching the dome to replenish it.

I used visibleearth.nasa.gov/ to help texture up the close up moon.

It's interesting how organic your rocky planets and asteroids look, like we're seeing not mere celestial bodies, but living things.
