Eee, this is cute! One thing I notice, her reflection is straight down, but the frog's isn't. I think it's reflection should go straight down as well. But I love the way you drew the ripples!

I think the raincoat could be more detailed. Maybe more folds (although the way she's standing, there probably wouldn't be that many creases in it...?)
The composition overall is really cool! The colours and blended well and the water and reflections are nice
