I found a box of ready-made plushies that got lost during the move. And there was this sleepy Derpy. I really like it, I'm thinking about making myself one, but twice as large.
I put this plush on Etsy, along with others from that box. Of course, it's a shame that I didn't do this earlier, now the plushies won't be in time for Christmas if someone buys it now as a gift. But better late than never =]
I also made a 15% discount on all plushies in stock and on some order made ones. This will last for a week.
