I am a big fan of The Flash, and of speedsters as a whole. So, I decided to have a crossover between 101DS and The Flash universe.Quick Story: On a stormy day, Delgado was running along the Camden streets, drifting left and right. Suddenly, a bolt of lightning descended from the sky, striking Delgado, giving him the Speed Force, and making him the swiftest among all canines.
