I think she's rather bi. She had a really good and interesting relationship with Prowl (which might have become even more), until he seriously disappointed her. With Sideswipe she got along wonderfully, they had a lot in common, and IΒ΄m almost sure, if he had not been killed, their relationship had good chances to become more.Β

Unfortunately not. I guess the writer thought it would be much cooler and more "progressive" to hook her up with a femme. Terefore Sideswipe was simply in the way and the writer... bada boom bada bing...got him out of the way (he had him killed).
