You need to open it in Photoshop/Sai and the lines will be on a separate layer. Remove that layer and it'll be gone! :3Β

Paint.NET sadly does not support .PSD files. i know because i have .PSD lineart an tried to open them in Paint.NET, an the files weren't even shown. sorry dude. :/

It wasn't really that hard to fix. First, open it. Then go ahead and simplify the Cat and Cat/HAIR layers by clicking on them and agreeing to. I think that's as far as you got. Now to fix it so you can color on a layer without drawing on the lines, you fist click on the Cat/HAIR layer. Then adjust the layer setting so it says Overlay. It will automatically say Normal, but you must change it to Overlay. This will make it so you can color on that layer with drawing on the lines. Hope this helped. Note: I did this on Photoshop Elements 8. Idk what program you use.

it's not a waste of money. it does have layers, the download includes a PSD file..
did you buy it? if you didn't then that explains it, i wouldnt rip my watchers
off by selling them a flat png image. don't be that rude, okay?

It has a white background layer, then a layer with that PNG image and then a blank layer saying Cat /HAIR. Nothing editable on it? And actually, I did buy it and wasted 10 of my own points.
