Type: Dark/Ice
Pokedex entry:

" Appears to travelers lost in the mountains. Its rings lead them to either safety or death, but turns their hearts dark and icy.''
" It freezes it's prey in place by mesmerizing it with its glowing, golden shining rings, then pounces for the kill."

Ability: Golden Ice ring: Pokémon has a chance to freeze opponent when sent out in battle. Also causes intimidate effect.
Hidden ability: Can be either Umbreon or Articuno's hidden ability.

The Umbreon fusion is actually a much older drawing than the Espeon fusion. I tried to clean it up some so it's not too obvious, but I've definitely improved since then. I still like him more than the Espeon fusion because I like characters associated with ice/winter/snow.

I decided to update the lore on these because I realized that most bird Pokémon do not mix that well with Eevee. Now, instead, these are limited to the legendary bird trio and a few others, such as Butterfree, that I feel mix at least decently. They can't just be part any and every bird Pokémon anymore.

Updated lore:

When Team Rocket first begin their exploration into Pokémon gene splicing and other genetic experimentation, Eevee was naturally the first choice, as it was believed the Pokémon's known naturally unstable genome would make it easier to work with, and this assumption proved to be completely correct.

Many experiments were made. One such subset of these altered Eevee is the Winged Eevee. These Eevee have wings of legendary bird Pokémon, and a few others (such as Butterfree and Pidgey), and often other features of these Pokémon, such as talons and tails. New features not belonging to either species have been known to sometimes appear because the process encourages mutation in general.

The first ones created were exclusively Pidgey/Eevee and Butterfree/Eevee as learning exercise. Once the process was completed, the legendary bird trio was added to their DNA.

The were quickly given to important Rockets for use. Eventually, some of these Pokémon made their way into regular Trainers' hands after such things as Officer Jenny raids, unauthorized trades and sells, and escapes.

The massive genetic alterations for this all to be possible had the surprise effect of giving Eevee an 3-stage evolution line. When bred, they may create a baby Pokémon known as Eon (coined by Team Rocket), which are basically smaller, white Eevee kits with small, white, indistinct wings not yet clearly resembling any bird Pokémon. These evolve into Eevee that are otherwise normal, but with wings, and finally into the third stage, which may gain extra features from the bird Pokémon, such as talons and tails. Some can evolve further into Megas.

Winged Eevee diets are a mix of both species. They have two favorite berry flavors, and two hated berry flavors. Some of them eat bird seed or other bird food.

Shiny Eon are unique among shiny Pokémon in that because of all the bird Pokémon genes, they do not have a set shiny color.

Eevee may evolve into Arcticeon's by leveling up while the Pokémon is very happy, while in the dark and in winter or a cold, snowy environment.

Eevee to Moltreon is the same, but during the day, and near a strong heat source. It may also possibly be evolved into this form with a Fire Stone, but this may cause it to evolve into a Flareon mix instead, or a Moltres mixed with a different evolution than Espeon, depending on chance.
