The gloves and forehead protector are black/dark blue in colour. At the very least, they should match the colour of the mask. I take severe issue with any of the jounin jackets which are either mass produced or made by someone with an inability to pay attention to detail. When it comes to the collar and the pockets, especially (the pockets should be 3D and the collar should be thicker and rigid - the lowest bottom portion should also be stuffed). Shirt is the wrong colour/opacity. The weapons pouch is too floppy looking; looks like it's made of regular material instead of something which holds its shape and stands against the elements, such as leather. The pants aren't too terrible, though, again, they're made out of the wrong material. The Dickies logo is rather distracting, not to mention it's an American brand.
