This is crazy Mr. Tea, he likes his tea XDand I were talking and she made me want to paint something in watercolour^^
I havent a clue where the tea thing came from XD i dont even like tea ltol!!it could be looked upon as my version of the Mad Hatter i guess, looking back at it now lol
anyway enjoy~ this took me around an hour start to finish^^
i used the folowing media~
mechanical pencil, letraset marker 0.1 & 0.3, watercolour, black acrylic paint and a white gel pen

yeah i really like the hair in this one, but it was so hard to paint i had to keep going over the paint with more paint then drawing it again and yeah...it was a pain..but it was worth it :3

I'm more of a black coffee fan myself, but I LOVE this. It reminds me a lot of Godchild (you must readdd eeetttt!~) and the work of Kaori Yuki.

okay. um. contrast between black and colour is really good. hair looks amazing as usual. nicely drawn hands. good concept. i really love the hat and cards. pretty much, everything about htis looks good.

oh yeah. acctually, my friend told me to read the origional story. she told me it was a lot darker and i would like it. ive done a bit of fanart in my days though. in fact, i drew a very sexy Cheshire Cat. but my art teacher never gave it back. so i never got to scan it.
and i fucking love it because...well. you'll see when i get to it.

Those colors are great. Always was a fan of blue and purple (as long as it's not on my clothes 
You just need to keep an eye on the proportions. The wrist is compared to the arm and the shoulder too thin and the shoulder for itself is too broad. The hands don't have the same size which is rather important here since they are on about the same "layer" of the drawing. The lines on the back of the hand should be running onto one point (stretch your fingers and you'll see that the sinews all go to one point ^^)
But don't worry, I think the drawing's still great. ^^ Keep that up! And don't get depressed or even mad about my comment! T.T *hides in her corner again*

okay, bearing in mind that it wasnt supposed to be exact, as you can tell from the large parts i just coloured with just skin tone paint XD (under the hand and the whole shoulder) they have no defining lines to show where the shoulder is because i didnt really want to draw them in, call me lazy but i just wanted to do the colouring quicky XD
but i know that it looks wrong ^^ and thankyou for the advice i will definately use it in my next drawing^^~

@border: Well, definitely a success. The contrast is great and the fact that the border is not a simple line makes the whole drawing even more interesting.

I've already shown it to my son and my wife, they liked it a lot! I drink tea on occasion, but I'm a devout coffee drinker (the only one in my family), tea drinkers are an odd lot.
